Placing an Order

Internet store, phone or fax?

If you don't want to place an order on our internet store, you can fax your order. To fax, click here to download a fax order and list on it all books titles, item numbers and prices, as well as the name on your credit card, credit card number and shipping address. For your convenience, we can figure out the shipping charges and figure out the total for you. Fax your order to 513-398-0645.  

You may also place your order by phone. For your convenience, you may want complete this form in advance, so you have all the information that we need to place your order.

Please do not e-mail orders to Spanishbooster. E-mail is not a secure way to send confidential information.

 

Volume Ordering

Spanishbooster can give discounts on orders of 50 copies or more of the or different titles, and free ground shipping for 20 or more books. To request a price quote, please send us an email. Be sure to include your name, phone number, which title(s) do you need, how many of each and when you need them.  We will contact you as soon as possible.

About Credit Card Security

The personal information you enter in your Spanishbooster order -- including your billing information -- is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted access sites. Please see our Security Policy for further details.


Payment Options 

Paying by Credit Card

Spanishbooster accepts MasterCard and Visa. When paying via Paypal, you can also use many other major credit cards.

Paying with a Purchase Order Account

Spanishbooster accepts purchase orders from corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. To pay with a purchase order, please send us an email, we will contact you with instructions about how to place purchase your order with Spanishbooster.

Payments by check should be mailed to:

Please include in the check payment enough to cover costs of shipping, (we will send you a check if you overpaid) and attach this form with all the details pertaining to item #, description, shipping address and phone # along with email address.  If you need a Pro Forma invoice before sending your payment, please email us with what you wish to purchase, along with the ship to address, phone number, and ship to individual name, and we will provide you a written Pro Forma invoice for processing your payment.  Payments by check can take up to an additional week to process. Sorry, but due to horrible experiences we will not ship any product until we receive your check.

Paying by Phone 

For your convenience, you may want complete this form in advance, so you have all the information that we need to place your order.

You can fax your order too. To fax, click here to download a fax order and list on it all books titles, item numbers and prices, as well as the name on your credit card, credit card number and shipping address. If you are not sure about the shipping charges, we will calculate them for you and will call you back for your approval. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number.

Shipping and Delivery

Typically, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of when we receive your order. If you are ordering on a Friday evening, we will not receive your order until the following Monday morning, since our offices are closed on weekends.

There may also be a delay if items are not currently in stock in our warehouse. If this is the case, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and you'll be given the option of canceling the order. In rare instances, we also encounter problems processing credit cards. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to resolve the problem.

Items are shipped via Fedex ground and USPS. 

Fedex ground and generally take 2-4 business days to arrive after a processing time of 48 hours after you place your order by phone or internet. Fedex Next Day service is available for a charge if you call us and request it.  

USPS is cheaper, however we do not provide any tracking number or insurance. Spanishbooster is not liable for any loss that may occur.

Shipping on out of stock items will not take place until the items become available. 

 


Return Policy, Satisfaction Guaranteed. 

Our Return Policy

You can return merchandise, in good condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will replace your purchase or, if you prefer, issue a refund (less shipping). Returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt. 

We can not accept returns of any book or product that has obvious signs of use, that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or modify an order just send us an email with your name, purchase order number, and the date in which you placed it. We will email you back to confirm your order cancellation. If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Please review our return policy.

 1.- Do you accept international orders?

Currently Spanishbooster does not ship outside the United States of America.  

 

2.- What shipping and other charges are applied to my order?

Spanishbooster works closely with Fedex to provide you the best pricing on either next day or ground shipments. Ground shipment is free for any order of more than 30 books.

For large orders (for example, if you are ordering books for a large class, or for a school or college), Spanishbooster can give discounts on orders of 50 books or more of any same title. To request a price quote, please send us an email. Be sure to include your name, phone number, which title(s) do you need, how many of each and when you need them.  We will contact you as soon as possible.

 

For orders from residents of Ohio, a 6.5% sales tax is added.  

 

We do not charge handling costs.

 

3.- Is my online order safe?

Our secure server software encrypts your credit card and other personal information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected.

In fact, ordering products via the Internet can be safer than by fax. When you order with a secure server, only authorized recipients possessing the proper electronic key can open and decode your transmission. (Rest assured that if you do fax in orders to Spanishbooster, we will contact you to confirm we received your order and take all steps to ensure that only authorized personnel see your fax.)

In addition, many bank cards insure their credit card customers against losses due to fraud, Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. Exceptions do apply, and most debit card issuers often do not offer such protection.. If you are not sure what your bank's policies on credit card liability are, you should contact your institution before placing orders on the Internet.

5.- How can I be sure my order was received?

When your order is received, a confirmation number will be provided to you on the screen. Please print out this page or make note of the number. A customer representative will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order or if there is a problem with your order. If your credit card is declined, we will notify you of this and ask for verification of the credit card number, and will hold the order for two weeks while we attempt to verify credit card information or obtain different information.  If this occurs, please do not re-submit the order again, as this may cause two separate orders to ship out to you.

6.- What if I lose my confirmation number?

We can still check the status of your order if you do not have your confirmation number. Be sure to have the shipping name and address and the titles ordered when contacting us. 


7.- How do I pay with a personal or company check?

Currently, the Spanishbooster requires prepayments on all orders by check or credit card number. The only exceptions we make are for Institutes of Higher Education (Colleges & Universities) and Government Entities, both of which must be within the domestic United States and that must contact us directly to place an order. All others must prepay orders by credit card or check.


9.- How soon will my order be shipped?

Typically, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of when we receive your order. It is important to note that if you are ordering on a Friday evening, we will not receive your order until the following Monday morning, since our offices are closed on weekends.

If items are shipped via Fedex ground and generally take 3-7 business days to arrive after a processing time of 48 hours after you place your order by phone or internet. Fedex Next Day service is available for an extra charge that is specified when you place your order. We can also ship via USPS Media Mail. Shipping on out of stock items will not take place until the items become available.

 

11.- What is Spanishbooster's return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases from the Spanishbooster, please return the item(s), in reasonable condition, within 15 days of receipt. We will replace your purchase or, if you prefer, issue a refund (less shipping). Items returned after 15 days will be credited at 50% of their original purchase price. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
